Shipping Way: In order to save cost for buyers, the order normally will be shipped by land or sea to EU countries, UK, USA, Canada and Australia. When the package arrives in your country, it then will be delivered by UPS or Fedex.The track information is available.


Delivery Time: Normally it will cost about 40-60 days to USA , Australia and Canada, and about 50-70 days to EU countries and UK. If customs insepction is required, the delivery time will be even longer. When the order is in transportation, if there is delay caused by force majeure factors, such as customs inspection, war, strikes, riots, etc., Please kindly wait for the order for a few more  days. About Customs Duties: We use DDP shipping service （including tariff, VAT, shipping cost）to USA, Canada, Australia, EU countries and UK. Buyers from USA, Canada, Australia, EU countries and UK no need to pay for the tarrif and VAT. We do not have DDP service in other arears or countries except the above countries and arears.

For Spain and Portugal, there is only DDP service to the mainland, we do not have DDP service to the islands in Spain or Portugal. Buyers from the islands of Spain and Portugal need to pay the customs duties if you place an order.

Notes

Please charge the new car upon receipt, as the first charging time may be longer.
Wait for the battery to cool down or charge for about half an hour after playing the car. Stop charging in about half an hour after fully charged.
Do not store the battery in a low power state. If the battery will be not used for a long time, it is recommended to charge it every 45 to 60 days, which can effectively extend the battery's service life. (Do not play with the car in a low power state, as it can easily cause loss of control and irreversible damage to the battery). The usage time of batteries is affected by temperature, and the battery capacity and power limit will decrease when the temperature is low.
Important, important, important!!! When charging: Be sure to maintain a safe distance from people and flammable and explosive materials, and charge in the presence of personnel. If you need to leave, please stop charging first.
Regarding running in:
Please run in the gasoline remote control car product before using it. When we first receive the new car
Firstly, charge the car battery (power supply for electronic devices).
Secondly, mix the oil according to the level of the engine oil. The outer packaging of general engine oil will have proportional instructions and level markings. Rofun original FD grade oil mixing ratio is between 1:40 and 1:50, the market mostly uses FB grade blending ratio of around 1:25.
Thirdly, first perform a static run in of a box of oil, and within 3-5 minutes, you can pull the middle and high speeds to reduce the generation of carbon deposits. After static running in one box of oil, jogging another box of oil will complete the entire running in process. During the process of jogging and running in, it is important to avoid climbing large skin or pulling at high speeds.
Fourthly, operating a gasoline remote-controlled vehicle should be done outdoors in open spaces. Avoid using in crowded areas, especially with the elderly and children. To avoid danger caused by improper operation.
