Return & Exchange Policy

At TryShoppy, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Be in its original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration caused by the customer

Exchanges

If you received the wrong size, color, or a defective item, we'll gladly exchange it (subject to product availability).

If the requested item is unavailable, we'll offer:

  • A store credit
  • A replacement of equal value
  • A refund (where applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll review your request and resolve it as quickly as possible.


How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions.
  4. Ship the item back using the provided return instructions.
  5. Once received and inspected, we'll process your return.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we'll cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled or modified before they are processed.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our standard return process.
